Forming Base
- Precision-formed from 2 mm thick MS plate with a 300 mm diameter profile.
- Integrated with a 70 × 2 mm round MS pipe for enhanced structural strength.

- Finished with a durable powder coating of 50–60 microns for corrosion resistance and a refined appearance.
Rotating stem
The rotating stem is fabricated from a 60 × 30 × 2 mm rectangular pipe and is connected to a seat bracket made from a 3 mm thick plate with a Ø44 mm round pipe. The opposite end is welded to a Ø70 × 3 mm pipe. The stem rotation is facilitated by a torsion spring made from Ø3 mm wire, supported on an M8 bush, ensuring smooth and reliable movement.Stem-Mounted Bracket
